  • Lifelong Learning in the European banking sector

    Syndex is providing research services for a project examining the role of lifelong learning within the European banking sector.

    Our research, commissioned by the European trade union federation UNI Europa and employer organisations for the sector, the European Banking Federation, the European Association of Co-operative Banks and the European Savings Banks Group, is due to be completed by the end of October 2013.

  • ANALYSING CHANGE WITHIN THE EUROPEAN FINANCE SECTOR

    The purpose of this project is to create a durable framework of data collection and analysis  that will provide Finance sector unions in Europe with information on the way in which employment and labour relations dynamics are changing and evolving. These dynamics include employer responses to the crisis, employment and restructuring strategies, collective bargaining demands and outcomes, mobility and career progression, gender equality, work-life balance, and the development and acquisition of skills and competences.
